Raven Ridge House

Set in Bellevue, Nebraska, this gem of a house is in the much desired Pilgrims Landing estate. With four bedrooms (and a fifth non conforming bedroom space), there is a lot to love here.

Raven Ridge house is tucked away in the quiet Pilgrims Landing neighborhood of Bellevue. We are a five minute drive off the interstate. Downtown Omaha and Council Bluffs are a short 20 min drive away.

What’s To Love?

Have the whole house to yourself. Spread out. It has two living rooms, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The fully fenced in backyard is so huge that if you have pets, they will get well and tired just running around the place.

The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, eat-in area and has been updated w/granite countertops. The master bath has separate shower/Whirlpool tub, double sinks and granite countertops too. Laundry room is in the second story so you don’t have to haul your heavy laundry up and down the stairs. The walkout basement is mostly finished with a 3/4 bathroom and exercise room
